Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Organize and process utility bill payments.Oversee and manage transfer requests from initiation to completion.Conduct audits using Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, and Salesforce.Archive completed tasks and review outstanding utility transfers.Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests.Maintain exceptional communication and customer service with Extra Space departments and external partners.Monitor and analyze utility trends, providing regular updates and insights..Represent Extra Space to partners, employees, and vendors by tracking and updating systems to uphold process integrity.Job Specifications
Proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and database tools to determine the best approach for assigned projects.Familiarity with a wide range of automated office systems, machines, and equipment.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Excellent critical thinking, questioning, and listening abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.Results-driven and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
