Operations Client Coordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team working in the Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Stockholm. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

As our new Client Coordinator, you will be part of the continuous journey towards building a strong and professional Operations team in Stockholm, Sweden. The Operations team handles several administrative tasks related to the insurance matters of our clients, as well as supports our business colleagues in their daily servicing of our clients. 

Our highest priority is to ensure that our deliverables to our colleagues and clients are at the expected standard and requirements and of course always within the timeframe given to us. Our goal is to ensure efficient and professional service delivery, to support the successes and growth of our business.

We will rely on you to: 

Support with the renewal of our small and mid-size clients. Together with our service hub support the renewal of some of our facility solutions. Handling the ongoing service of our clients. Supporting client executives in building and formatting reports and presentations for our clients Maintenance of client information Working together with our colleagues in our shared service centre in Poland around invoicing, document intake and archiving 
 

What you need to have:  

Work experience from a similar position within the insurance or broker industry Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written) Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel Flair for IT systems 
 

As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work within a team. You are analytical and structured in your way of working. You have a flexible and pro-active mindset and meet deadlines. 
 

What makes you stand out: 

Work experience of 1-2 years in a similar role in the financial services industry. Education at minimum Bachelor level IDD licence
