Assistant Vice President
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) oversees the management of teams that provide performance reporting, data collection, and data validation services to clients on the Private Market team with the Asset Owner group. The AVP acts as the primary escalation point for our clients, who are some of the largest institutional investors in Alternative Investments in the world. They will lead efforts on new client conversions, systems updates, and special projects, as well as providing direct oversight and mentorship to the Officers on the team. The AVP will also work closely with our clients to provide data support and reporting solutions, participate in client RFP discussions, and lead client training sessions, as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensure their teams are delivering timely and accurate data updates and reports to our clients and their constituents
Work closely with clients to provide reporting solutions via online training, as needed
Provide direct oversight and mentorship to Officers on the team
Ensure that all team members are following Standard Operating Procedures, and that quality control checks are in place for all client deliverables
Provide secondary review of scheduled and ad-hoc investment performance and underlying company exposure reporting prepared by Officers and Associates, as needed
Work with senior managers to assist with new client conversions, RFP responses, development and rollout of system enhancements, and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
BA/BS in finance, accounting, or a related discipline - MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
8-10 years of experience working in Alternative Investments required
Proven expertise in performance measurement and accounting for Alternative Investments
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and service-oriented skills required
Proven ability to lead a team of managers and associates working on a wide array of responsibilities
Additional Skills Include:
Ability to work in various wed-based applications and MS Office tools
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, work independently and collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communications skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
