Who We’re Looking For:

Currently, we’re on the lookout for an Operations Consultant. This is a Road Warrior Position - Operating within the guidelines of Jan-Pro Policies and Procedures, the Operations Consultant is responsible for supporting and coaching franchisees, and overseeing the franchisee accounts as it relates to brand standards. The Operations Consultant will be tasked with facilitating training of franchisees, quality assurance with regards to franchisee accounts within a specified territory, providing excellent customer service, and flexibility to work some nights/weekends. The candidate needs to be highly motivated, professional, customer service oriented and interested in a fast paced rapidly growing working environment. 

 

Essential Duties:

Enthusiastic, organized individual, who has excellent customer service skills, and is a strong trainer. Represents the Jan-Pro brand with vigor and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include franchisee support, customer site visits, handling incoming correspondence with customers, assisting with training, and providing excellent customer service. 

 

Job Description:

Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with assigned franchise owners and assigned customer accounts. Inspects assigned accounts within specified territory at approximately 20-25 inspections per week. Provide 'on-site' training for new Franchise Owners and complete new Franchise Owner paperwork. Identifies Special Service work opportunities for Franchise Owners and Customers. Recommends solutions for Franchise Owners in situations where customers are considering cancelling accounts. Coaches, trains, advises franchisees on how to be a business owner, and how to clean efficiently in the accounts. Maintains and develops a network of Franchise Owners and shares in the dissemination of 'best practices. Monitors Franchise Owners to ensure proper documentation for Special Service work. Accompanies Franchise Owner on site visits with new account starts Calls new accounts within 24 hours of receiving notice of a new customer. Meets with new customer contacts to establish relationship within assigned accounts. Sets up new accounts and provides assistance in the 'new accounts' process. Performs initial walk-throughs with new customers to introduce Franchise Owners and get new accounts started. Assists the Operations Director in preparation and delivery of the Initial Franchise certification. Meets with Franchisees to do a business review and documents the meetings with proper forms. Transfers customers between franchise owners if requested and documents these requests and transfers. Informs all owners of transfers and assists in the transfer process through walk-throughs and information exchange. Provides resolution of customer complaints.
