**What you'll bring to the team** **Operations Control Manager** **Location:** LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY **Hours:** 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7) **Contract Type:** Permanent, salaried Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Operations Control Manager to join our AWESOME Park Operations Team! The Operations Control Manager will oversee the operational control function, managing the team and ensuring the smooth daily running of all on park resource. You will lead the first response and resolution of any on park incidents, ensuring clear communication across the resort to all relevant stakeholders and any guest impact is minimised. As an experienced manager you will ensure that your team have all the tools and training they require in order to deliver their function to the best of their abilities, seeking new and innovative solutions to continuously improve the service this team deliver. As the senior manager within this team you will drive best practice and exceptional service, using your operations experience to ensure your team are coordinating and collaborating across the resort with the relevant teams. You will utilise your experience to positively impact both our guest and staff KPIs, set and adhere to department SLAs, and foster a culture of belonging within your team.
