Position SummaryThis position is responsible for a wide range of duties related to audit support and compliance review. The Specialist audits all areas of Credit Operations to ensure compliance based on federal, state and banking regulations. This individual is responsible for identifying trends and reporting non-compliant concerns to the Operations Leadership team. Additional responsibilities include identifying trends, analyzing data and providing compliance and operational support for plastic reissues, mail services secure destruction process and reporting for cashiering.
ResponsibilitiesAudit work processed by Credit Operations representatives for compliance with federal, state and banking regulationsEstablish proficiency to a level of becoming the subject matter expert for plastic reissues, includes development of SOPs and audit processesResearch and respond to attorney lettersEstablish operational and audit processes for cashiering Review exception reports for adherence to applicable regulations and internal CFNA policiesMaintain and provide documentation of compliance and regulatory work product as requestedPerform OFAC and FinCEN reviews, report findings to CFNA leadership and the appropriate Regulatory agency as required. Oversee regulatory complaints and Unfair Deceptive Abusive Acts & Practices (UDAAP) log for accuracy, completeness and emerging trendsQualifications:

Preferred: Associate’s Degree with two years of experience in financial services, audit and/or compliance.
Work Shifts Schedules: Choice of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 7:00 to 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Weekly Hours: 40 hours, Full-time
Pay Rate Type: Hourly
