Position Details 

As an Operations Coordinator with a focus on 340B, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality in program operations. Your responsibilities will include assessing program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, supporting corrective action plans, and conducting proactive audits of client and program charts.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure programs and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Merakey’s quality expectations. Perform on-site visits, interviews, and document reviews to evaluate service delivery, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance. Analyze data, documentation, and survey results to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas of non-compliance. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement; present results to stakeholders and management. Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements. Monitor and follow up on corrective action implementation to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement. Coordinate training for staff and stakeholders on best practices, compliance requirements, and industry regulations related to human services delivery. Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities to uphold the integrity and effectiveness of operational processes.

Starting at $26.44 per hour / $55,000 per year, with compensation based on experience and internal equity. Mileage reimbursement included.
