Company/Location Overview

Buffalo Trace Distillery is a family-owned company based in Franklin County, Kentucky, whose rich distilling tradition dates back to 1787. Job Description/Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for clerical functions in the Bottling and Processing Departments; tracks inventories, inputs data in the JDE System, enters batching and production booking for finished and reworked goods, orders and enters bulk liquid and flavor ingredients, and performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements Undergraduate degree (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience)Strong oral & written communicationPlanning and organizational skillsMathematical, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft office productsPrevious experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS) System 21 ERP software is preferredAPICS Certification or Six Sigma Certification are a plus.
