About This Role: In this in-office role, you'll take charge of key administrative tasks, coordinate exciting projects, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives to help us reach our goals. This is a fantastic chance to grow and learn within a vibrant, supportive team.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

Assist in implementing and maintaining marketing technologies and automation tools, including updates and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams on routine tasks, project timelines, inquiries, and updates to ensure all marketing projects are completed on schedule. Track progress of multiple projects and provide updates to the marketing leader. Support office openings and relocations by coordinating communications with vendors and internal teams. Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), including data cleaning, audits, and updates to ensure data quality and integrity. Create and manage email sequences and automation for marketing campaigns, including uploading new client contacts. Handle email correspondence and follow-ups to ensure clear communication. Assist in developing and refining marketing processes and supporting the evaluation of new tools and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading and self-editing. Computer proficient

Pay: $26-$28 hourly
