Operations Coordinator

With minimal supervision, the position will support the Secretary of the Board of Directors and Legal team.  This position has high visibility to the leadership team and will serve as a primary point of contact and act as a representative for the executive to stakeholders, clients, and employees. This position requires both excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules. This position will ensure the most efficient use of an executive’s time by anticipating, initiating, and coordinating the administrative tasks needed for success.  The scope and complexity of this position requires that the assistant regularly deals with diverse matters which will require general knowledge of the executive’s area of responsibility. 

What you'll be doing:

Serves as a primary point of contact for executivesRoutinely works with information that is sensitive and confidential.Coordinates executives’ schedules, including managing domestic and international travel and identifying calendar issues and scheduling conflicts weeks in advance.Communicate critical deadlines, due dates, and correspondence.Screen, prioritize and summarize incoming communications to ensure executives are apprised of pertinent information.Formats, types, and edits a variety of clear and concise correspondence: including memos, reports, presentations and confidential material; drafts routine correspondence for manager’s approval.Resolves problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.Carries out special projects and assignments as requested; research, compiles, analyzes, and prepares data for administrative reports and presentations.Maintains, updates, and enhances filing of departmental files, records, and publications; maintains confidential files and materials, including digital files.Schedules conferences, meetings, and appointments; notifies attendees, and makes necessary arrangementsResponsible for monthly division scorecardProvide ad-hoc support to other executive team members.

This position is located in Hartsville, SC.

Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.Strong technological aptitude and the willingness and ability to learn new systems.Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional.Working knowledge of operating office equipment, including copy machine, fax machine, etc.Experience in developing and maintaining files and correspondence.Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.Follow-up and results orientation skills.

Compensation:

Operations Coordinator II: The annual base salary range for this role is from $70,400 to $79,200.
