Oversee the daily operations of the division, including providing support for multiple functional areas
Provide general bookkeeping coordination and support for vendors
Provide calendar management and expense support for division leadership
Act as first point of contact for escalations from decentralized location team members and facilitate connections with the central team to ensure timely resolution
Support divisional communication needs
Greet customers by phone, email, and host customer onsite visits
Maintain the stock of supplies and manage team supply expenditures within budget constraints
Ensure office equipment is properly functioning
Provide basic system administrative support for the digital tools being utilized by the division to support operations
Assist customers with system access and general onboarding for the customer-facing digital tools being utilized by the division
Lead and provide logistics support for customer appreciation activities
Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office-related events
Schedule travel arrangements
Assist in the preparation of presentations and operational-related reports
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Two to Four years of high-level administrative experience including experience coordinating events and/or projects
Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service in an office environment
Effective interpersonal skills to work with vendors, subject matter experts, business partners, and customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Ability to perform detailed work
Ability to work with confidential financial and operational information
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
