What You Will Do:

We are currently searching for an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to a high-volume clinical laboratory. This opportunity is with Guidehouse supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and is located on-site in Bethesda, Maryland.

Serve as one of the primary points of contact for visitors and clinical operations; handle requests for information.

Assist the Department with organizational tasks.

Maintain conference room calendar.

Organize domestic and international federal government travel.

Provide clerical and administrative support and respond to customer needs.

Set up, organize, and maintain files and records.

Answer calls and route, in order to respond to customers and refer callers to the appropriate subject-matter expert.

Enter and retrieve computerized data and prepare correspondence and reports.

Complete forms and prepare memoranda and correspondence.

Conduct interviews with supervisors and employees to obtain information about organizational missions, function, and work procedures.


What You Will Need:

High School Diploma

Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience providing clerical, administrative, and operations support.

Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WebEx).

Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.

Ability to interact with staff of all levels with utmost professionalism.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting, preferred.

Knowledge of NIH travel and procurement systems, desirable.

The annual salary range for this position is $57,300.00-$85,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
