Position Summary
The Production Control Coordinator must be highly skilled at working with cross-functional departments to coordinate efforts and clear roadblocks which may interfere with the production and site construction schedules. The ideal candidate for this position should be experienced in the scheduling and coordination of efforts within a technology manufacturing operation while possessing the ability to help drive on-time delivery of quality products to customers.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Excellent attention to detail and an aptitude for ensuring accuracy in data processing.Familiarity with ERP systems and experience in data input, validation, and retrieval within such systems.Proven expertise in using Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.2-5 years of materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment; preferred experience in a scheduling capacity for a technology product lineComputer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookDynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholdersProven ability to collaborate effectively within a team atmosphereStrong organizational skills and attention to detailResults-oriented and driven work styleExcellent task-oriented follow-throughPlug Power Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
