DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates the Dry Cargo inspection work with local stations and subcontractors and follows up on nominations, reports, and issues. Assures that all inspection work in completed within set deadlines. Manages incidents and resolves problems related to their activity. Creates client invoices between the monthly deadlines. Coordinates the sample delivery to laboratories and the sample courier system to track and follow up on samples. Assists the Operations Manager with any data requested by the Country Manager. Supports the business development by generating and managing leads.
NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Good English skills (Any other language is a plus, but not necessary). Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills. Good work structure, self-organization, and time management skills. At least two years of experience in the area to be coordinated. Holds work experience as a surveyor (preferred, but not required).
