Oversee recurring revenue transactions within EDSSG’s business units. Responsibilities : + Prioritize recurring service revenue orders based on program parameters + Perform accurate data entry of detailed information in accordance with established standards + Process customer orders under strict deadlines and communicate effectively any delays in orders + Effectively build relationships with key stakeholders + Tactfully and professionally communicate company policies, procedures and standards with customers, internal and external + Assist with order entry duties as needed in addition to daily responsibilities + Promote company vision of providing world class service through the establishment and enforcement of rules, policies, procedures, “best practices” and continuous improvement ideology Experience/Skills: + A problem solver able to multi-task in a fast paced team environment + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills + Self-starter with a solid ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision + High level of computer aptitude with the ability to learn and embrace new technology + Proficient in Microsoft Office Products + JDE Systems experience highly desired + Willingness and ability to work extended hours when business needs dictate + High level of accuracy and attention to detail Education / details : + Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred and / or 3-5 years of experience in product support, customer service, relationship management, or client experience capacity preferred + Located in Berlin, CT.
