BM Trada part of Element, are recruiting for an Operations Administrator for our Certification department based in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work across all of the services we provide and promote collaborative working between departments. The role will provide operational support with administrative and customer service related tasks.

 

Responsibilities Generation of ID CardsProcessing scheme applications Liaising with the Sales team for matters relating to new applications and trainingFiling key scheme documents to enable work task progressionProcessing ordersCreating and submitting invoices for consumables Work task allocationAnswering Customer Telephone enquiriesIssuing certificates to Clients Skills / Qualifications Administration and organisational competence working to a high level of accuracyStrong communication skills and a high level of empathy with the ability to engage with internal and external customers at all levelsSelf-management – scheduled tasks to be carried out to planned timescales with the ability to manage ad hoc projectsIT Skills – proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook. With the ability to learn bespoke CRM systems This role would be suited to an experienced Administrator or Business CoordinatorOwn transport is advisable due to the location near the Hughenden Valley Hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office, with 2 days working from homeWorking 36 hours per week
