Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator will be integral to the internal operations for the company and supporting operations needs as determined by the Director of Operations. This person would work closely with our team of exterior cleaning service providers to handle the administrative, logistics, and data-related tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly. Great communication with co-workers and supervisors. + Professionalism: You understand that your mind needs to be sharp to do your best work and keep those around you safe and you understand we are a drug-free workplace Additional Requirements: North Carolina Driver License Good driving record with 3+ years of experience (so that we can add you to our insurance policies) Physical Requirements: + Primarily desk/sedentary work, vehicle-based work, and tasks in and around the warehouse area. + Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. + Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. + Must be able to execute safety protocols. Usual schedule: + M-F BY 7:30AM SHARP (punctuality is critical here); 40 hours per week + Weekends off + Holidays off + PTO provided Compensation: + Salary (paid weekly) + Benefits (subsidized health insurance, supplemental coverage options like dental, vision, etc.) + Matched retirement savings options through Vanguard JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS: ServiceTrade Administration : + Confirm jobs are ready for invoicing (close out jobs) + Update future jobs and services based on actual time spent (driving plus on-site) + Prepare monthly audits of job items, COGS, hydrant meter, and equipment Support Operations Team: + Technician Scorecards + Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports + Coordination of meters and equipment rentals + Out of town job requests Required Skills/Abilities: + Authorization to drive SOR vehicles + Highly motivated and self-driven + Excellent data and analytical skills, including Excel, Google Sheets, etc. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Engaged and committed to the job + Independently efficient with no requirement for micromanagement in order to accomplish tasks + Responsive to inquiries and requests + Proactively communicates relevant information + Possesses a proactive "can-do" attitude + Willingness to learn and be coached + Strong problem-solving abilities This role is 100% in-person, in-office (North Raleigh, 27615).
