MAU is hiring an Operations Coordinator for our client in Covington, GAAs an Operations Coordinator, you will manage operational and logistical tasks, coordinate interviews, handle financial processes, streamline workflows, ensure compliance with regulations, collaborate with teams and external partners, and support the development of process documentation and status reporting to drive efficiency and achieve operational goals. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package 401k matching Life insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short term disability Long term disability Paid time off General Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations coordinator role Proven background in product development or a manufacturing environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong collaborative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships Comfortable working with individuals at all levels, from executives to technicians Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant software Preferred Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA for project management and collaboration Essential Functions Oversee operational and logistical tasks as directed by Operations leadership Coordinate and schedule interviews for full-time and contractor roles Serve as a liaison between Archer and external agencies, ensuring clear and timely communication Assist with financial responsibilities, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and expense report management Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local business laws, regulations, and company policies Meet timelines and support aggressive project milestone deadlines to maintain operational goals Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and Archer’s facilities team to address and fulfill facilities needs Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Manufacturing Operations as directed by management Prepare and deliver status reports to department heads and management to support decision-making
