Our Sunshine Plaza Retail team is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join the team! Sunshine Plaza boasts the largest and most diverse retail offering on the Sunshine Coast, with over 300 specialty stores.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the Operations team at the Centre in relation to facilities management. This administration focused role supports the wider Operations team in areas including capital works, contractor management, EHS, tenancy delivery and general administration. Your responsibilities will include:
Management of external contractors, including EHS, onboarding, engagement and insurances
Contract administration
Accounts receivable
Maintain operational records and necessary document files
Assistance with tenancy delivery process
Assistance with Capital Expenditure Projects
Maintenance of EHS records and reporting
Regular reporting
About you:
You will be an organised individual with experience in a similar administrative or facilities role. You will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, purchase orders and invoice processing. You will have a proactive attitude and have a willingness to learn.
