As an Operations Coordinator, your primary tasks will include: Program Management: You will oversee the documentation process, including SOWs, TTORs, security forms, and comprehensive reports, ensuring all details are up-to-date and accurately reflect project specifications. Operational Liaison: Acting as the primary contact for projects, you will ensure seamless communication between technical teams, administrative staff, and stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration and efficiency. Project Coordination: From logistics for incoming visitors and workshops to managing timelines and deliverables, you will ensure all aspects of the projects align with strategic goals. Documentation and Compliance: You will manage sensitive data with the utmost discretion and adhere to strict compliance standards, playing a key role in the security and integrity of project operations. Clearance Requirements: You possess or are eligible to obtain a necessary security clearance, ensuring compliance with national security standards. Qualifications You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you... Possess a Bachelor's (BA/BS) or Master’s (MA/MS) in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, International Relations, National Security Studies, Communications, or another related field. Have at least five years of relevant experience in program and project coordination within government, defense, or national security sectors, managing documentation, classified information, compliance, logistics, archival systems, and project closeout processes. Are skilled in program coordination, logistics and meeting management, document control, stakeholder engagement, security compliance, quality assurance, and project management tools like SharePoint, Box, and Microsoft Office Suite. Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a TS/SCI level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. The referenced pay range is based on JHU APL’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level with consideration for internal parity. For salaried employees scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week, annual salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked. APL may offer bonuses or other forms of compensation per internal policy and/or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, locality allowance or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
