Job DescriptionWe are looking for Operations Coordinator, Salesforce to join our Operations team with an initial focus of supporting our operations as they transition to a Salesforce platform.
The position requires work in a cross-functional capacity. A proactive mindset and a sincere desire to see our locations succeed will help to accelerate success in the role.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead our community of “Salesforce Champions” to understand feature benefits and best practices and collaborate with Sales Force Core team providing updates, challenges, questions, etc.Act as a Salesforce point person to support our business users in their adoption of the platform (enhancement and changes).Support the Operations Sales Force Trainer with:Implementation timelinesTraining presentationsTraining calendar invitesPreparation of CCO and Franchise rollout of content deliveredAdmin and calendar tasks as assigned to support the Operations and Technology teams.Support both corporate-owned and franchise locations with questions and documenting issues.Supporting of ongoing releases ensuring that training is in place and office hours scheduled.Create reports to validate user requests and enhancements.Provide drop-in support to business users in Salesforce office hoursManage new duties when assigned, using discretionary judgment to understand and balance corporate priorities and long-range successQualifications1-3 years’ experience operations support and/or Sales Force supportExperience with Salesforce CRM system, DASH, CAD a plus.Must possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressureExcellent time and project management abilitiesPrevious experience and knowledge of California Closets business/operating practices a plus.A natural problem solver with a strong desire to learn more about CRM - ideally having Salesforce experienceComfortable with Excel, have some understanding of databases Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
