The Operations – Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and will coordinate/assist with the development of operating and capital budgets to ensure the necessary materials, supplies, and equipment required in support of business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

Minimum five (5) years in the Natural gas industry.Minimum (5) years of demonstrated administrative experience.Knowledge of Lawson financial software.Intermediate computer skills with MS Office with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.Math and financial skills (necessary to do budgeting and financial tracking)Candidate must possess good interpersonal communication skills. This would include written, digital, and verbal communications.Ability to work independently – self-motivated.Ability to effectively organize, plan, prioritize, document, and complete work with minimal supervision.Follows company policies, practices, and regulatory requirements.Working knowledge and/or skills with Accounts Payable, Microsoft Office applications, databases, and other computer applications.Ability to meet deadlines and provide deliverables as required for a multitude of simultaneous tasks and requests.Ability to effectively communicate using both oral and written forms of communication to customers and personnel, when required.

Preferred Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
