Key Responsibilities:
Participation in defining logistics policies, goals, and objectives, including planning and management. End-to-end management of the intercompany import process and third-party suppliers, including international freight, port management, warehousing, and distribution, in coordination with suppliers and the Global team. Analyzing store inventory, identifying opportunities, and proposing a weekly rebalancing plan. Managing and executing international pullbacks. Overseeing compliance and audits with logistics service providers. Development and negotiation for the hiring of new business partners in Brazil and abroad to support the companys import operations. Management of logistics projects of medium and high complexity, ensuring full compliance with the systemic supply chain and applicable regulations. Monitoring the entire import process from departure in other markets to final store delivery. Managing logistics costs, ensuring budget compliance. Strategic meetings with store leadership teams to identify needs and develop solutions. Control and monitoring of all Order Units (OUs) and their delivery deadlines. Inventory management, including cycle counts and full audits, to support store operations. Planning and controlling stock levels, rebalancing between physical stores and e-commerce based on sales performance and stockout risk. Handling stock and shelf-life management of perfumes, working closely with suppliers for replenishment. Managing the logistics operations of Tiffany events, including assortment selection and coordination of security, movements, and logistics. Development and monitoring of logistics KPIs: import lead time, logistics costs, inventory turnover, and stock coverage. Ensuring compliance with ANVISA regulations. Monthly strategic planning meetings.Qualifications:
Advanced Excel. Advanced Office Package. Advanced English. Basic Spanish. Strong proven experience in logistics. Previous experience with import logistics, including export and import operations. Analytical profile with a data-driven focus.
