The Operations Coordinator supports the market wide retail operations across the store network of 15 stores, throughout UK, Ireland, and Nordics. The Senior Operations Coordinator effectively supports the Operations Manager in animating the operations community in areas of Administration, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Shipping/ Receiving in order to elevate the client experience, reporting, mandatory compliance, preparing and maintaining the right ground for sales professionals to manage sales at their best.

In addition, the Operations Coordinator will support the Operations Manager with market wide special projects, with a big focus on NSO, renovations/ relocations/ closures, events, PR and marketing activities, staff induction and onboarding for new starters in operations.
