KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect\nand analyze operational data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop\nand maintain data models and dashboards for reporting and analysis •\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and\ndevelop analytical solutions
• Provide\nactionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Support\ncontinuous improvement initiatives by analyzing and optimizing operational\nprocesses
• Ensure\ndata integrity and accuracy through data validation and quality control\nprocesses at ISC CX Level
•Support\nCapacity Model Deployment and HMX initiatives
• Assure\nthe proper updating of 4 blocker’s, BA ISC Global metrics and dashboards.YOU MUST HAVE
• 1 year\nof experience in data analysis or related field
• Strong\nanalytical and problem-solving skills
•\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
•\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
