Operations Data Insights Analyst Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area. As an Operations Data Insights Analyst, you will assist the Business & Information Systems Manager in using data insights to develop & implement reports, visualization, & automations across various data sources to improve business & operating results. This role has a significant impact on both internal processes & our commitment to delivering world-class service. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights, create reports, and use tools like Crystal Reports, MS Power Platform, SQL to automate and reduce manual tasks. Visualization & Dashboards: Design and develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards to present data clearly to stakeholders. Database Management: Maintain operational databases, create Power App forms, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Collaboration: Work with teams on CRM/ERP systems to improve data reporting and ensure proper integration. Project Management: Independently handle reporting projects from design to deployment, ensuring quality and clarity in the process. Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance, while troubleshooting issues and documenting methodologies for reporting. General Support: Assist the Business & Information Systems Manager with system improvements, report distribution, and other special projects as needed. Experience with Dynamics GP, Tableau, SSIS is beneficial. Problem-Solving & Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in troubleshooting, data quality checks, and data-driven decision-making. Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Education: Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience with SQL Server is required. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and intermediate or higher proficiency in SQL script writing are essential. Experience with Crystal Reports, Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform suite, Tableau, and SSIS are a plus. Experience in customer service-related work and working with senior management is required. Experience in statistical modeling and analysis preferably in an operational role Experience owning, managing, and contributing to projects and/or portions of processes. About Cassling
