In this exciting three-year leadership rotational program you will experience the following:
Year One and Two: Assignments may include manufacturing engineering, quality engineering or production planning. Participants will lead projects focused on improving plant metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost) and using lean manufacturing principles.
Year Three: People leadership assignment where the participant will supervise employees furthering their leadership skills within operations areas in their selected career path. Assignments may include supervision of engineering, quality, production, production planning or shipping.
Relocation package extended for each rotation dependent on miles and location.
Upon completion, graduates are typically placed in leadership roles at one of our U.S. manufacturing plants. Graduates are equipped with a strong professional network and business foundation for future success. Donaldson will work with participants to identify a role within the company that matches their skills and aspirations with the best opportunities for career development.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), supply chain management, business, or a related field3.0 GPA upon graduationMust be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobileMust be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee) as this position requires use of information which is subject to export controlsPreferred Qualifications:
Prior internship, co-op, or practical experienceDemonstrated leadership experienceStrong interest in working in a manufacturing facilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organizationEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
