We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations Finance to support our Applied Global Services (AGS) business unit. This role is pivotal in driving scalability programs aimed at doubling business growth, developing cost models, optimizing working capital strategies, and serving as a strategic partner to the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance within the semiconductor industry, with expertise in visualization tools, analytics, predictive modeling, and network optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Partner with the Head of Planning and Inventory Operations to identify and implement strategies that support 2x business growth and operational scalabilityDevelop frameworks for operational decision-making to align financial and operational goalsConnect strategies across inventory, supply chain and logistics networksOperational Performance Optimization:
Lead efforts to optimize inventory management, reduce excess and obsolescence (E&O) risks, and drive scrap and warranty cost reductionsSupport variance optimization initiatives, including detailed financial analysis of manufacturing and service operationsCollaboration with COE and FP&A Teams:
Engage with FP&A and Accounting Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to provide input on operational and strategic planning processesAlign on reporting and analysis to ensure accurate and actionable insightsPlanning and Supply Chain Organization Support:
Collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and working capital optimizationProvide analytical support to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiencyConduct scenario analysis to support strategic supply chain decisionsData-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize advanced visualization tools and predictive modeling techniques to analyze data and drive actionable insightsEnable data-driven decision-making to improve performance and achieve business goalsNetwork Optimization:
Analyze and optimize the global service and supply chain network to enhance efficiency and reduce costsDevelop strategies to improve logistics, distribution, and service delivery performanceEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldAn MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferredExperience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations finance, with demonstrated expertise in driving business growth and operational improvements in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industryProven track record in inventory management, cost modeling, and process optimizationTechnical Skills:
Expertise in operational and financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysisProficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems like SAPLeadership Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levelsExperience in leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellenceStrategic Thinking:

$180,500.00 - $248,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
