Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers – each with individual customers who have their own sets of requirements. You’ll cultivate customer relationships, becoming a valuable business partner and enabling DHL Supply Chain to play an important role in their success.

Our ideal Operations Director has a full understanding of the importance of customer relationships – including the crucial role of the Site Leaders in growing those relationships. This position is a critical link between each distribution center and senior leadership and is held accountable for the success and growth of the group.

Requirements\n\n

Required Education and Experience

\n\n10+ years’ experience in supply chain operations in a Third Party Logistics business set-up, an advantage\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.\n7+ years leadership experience, managing warehousing/transportation operations\nProven success in driving revenue growth, retaining customers, and managing profitability of multiple sites.\nResult-oriented leader with strong background in managing multi-national clients .\nCreative, strategic, and innovative, with a solid ability to execute and deliver bottom-line results.\nExceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to work across multiple data sources to craft actionable recommendations that will meaningfully improve performance\nThrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to self-manage competing demand\nEnergy and drive to build a diverse, high-performing team that loves working together\nExcellent written and communication skills\n\n\n
