Job Description: The full-time Operations Dispatch Administrator will take incoming calls, communicate with customers, create daily schedules, and will assist with any other administrative duties as needed. This position requires strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills, an aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment, and good judgment are essential. Candidates must demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to work with others. As a hard-working team, we are eager to reach high goals, all while staying focused on helping execute our long-term vision. Responsibilities: + Communicate with customers, schedule and confirm work + Price smaller daily work + Assist dispatching in directing the right resources to the right work + Coordinate with the maintenance team when equipment or trucks need repair + Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with operators, customers, superintendents, and vendors + Support management by collecting and managing paperwork for operators including attendance + Price, confirm, enter work tickets, and invoice as needed + Assist with collection and processing of payments as needed + Able to work normal business hours in the office Qualifications: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Be self-motivated, dependable, and punctual + Able to learn new tasks and process information quickly + Able to manage multiple needs and priorities at the same time + Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, with the ability to learn other information systems as needed + Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check + Construction Admin experience (Preferred) Perks & benefits + Employee Gear & Swag + Paid Holidays & Floater + Paid Sick Days and Vacation + Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Life) after 2 months + 401K Match after 2 months All A-Core Inc. employees are expected to completely adhere to the safety policies practiced throughout the construction industry.
