The goal of Plan Administration & Implementation (PAI) is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. As the Distribution Specialist within PAI, you would be responsible for accurately executing high volume processing of complex disbursements and distributions, researching historical activity, managing relationships with internal business partners, and ensuring absolute compliance with all regulatory requirements of ERISA Law.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Queue oversight and processing,Researching, and responding to internal partner requests,Maintaining quality control and procedures,Creating process improvements, andPerforming audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations. Required Qualifications
Financial Services experience.Extreme attention to detailProficient in multi-taskingCommunicate effectively and professionally with various departmentsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCreative thought process focusing on continuous process improvementAbility to interpret client and participant needsExceptional organizational and analytical skillsCollege degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 ½ years’ experience working within the SRI recordkeeping system, at a depth that allows for creativity in facilitating customer requests that challenges the traditional workflows or capabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of regulations and plan design which governs processes such as Termination Distributions, In-Service Withdrawals, and Required Minimum Distributions.Retirement industry knowledge/ASPPA designationFamiliarity with IRS Form 1099-R/Banking logisticsWhat’s in it for you
