About the Role Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of operations reporting and data solutions. Support the decision-making process of the business operations and management teams. Works with a variety of stakeholders to identify key areas of business development. Enables analysts with technical solutions to increase operational efficiency and accuracy. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in executing technical projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Support Operations and management teams with insights to inform business strategy. Maintain and enhance existing Operations reporting and data solutions. Contribute to the development of scalable automated reporting solutions. Prepare quantitative analyses using tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL to develop meaningful insights on business data and performance of key business areas Help create update and maintain Amazon Quicksight dashboards. Document solutions and communicate updates to team members. Collaborate with team members to improve operational reporting processes. Skills/Abilities: Ability to design and troubleshoot stored procedures and other SQL code Apply query tuning techniques for code optimization and clarity Ability to translate business-reporting requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity Strong analytical critical and detail-oriented aptitude Functional analytical skills (projecting costing budgeting etc.) High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal communication written and presentation skills Ability to learn and apply new knowledge to business problems quickly Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Data Analytics Information Systems) or equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in SQL – Minimum 2 Years 2 years of relevant work experience required. Foundational knowledge of SQL and Excel required; exposure to Python/R programming is helpful. Physical Requirements: Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
