Operations Enablement and Reporting Analyst

Leverages software and analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights to provide information for GBS organization's strategic and tactical business decisions. Supports the maintenance and administration of the internal operations management system (SharePoint). Collects, controls the quality, integrates, analyzes, and presents information from internal and external sources, developing insightful historic, current and predictive views of business operations.

Responsibilities

Works closely with stakeholders from multiple functions to understand operations SLAs and KPIs. Collects, controls the quality, and integrates datasets from various source systems. Applies accepted metrics, methods, and tools to analyze appropriate datasets. Designs, develops, and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate operations performance review and analysis. Analyzes current and historical performance, performs variance analyses of key metrics, and identifies trends. Assists in review of performance results and supports the opportunities for increasing efficiencies and optimization. Works on standard, recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs and data analyses. Optimizes the reporting for speed and efficiency. Clarifies questions brought up by operations and business leaders regarding the reporting. Supports the maintenance and administration of SharePoint used as operations management system.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Intelligence, Business Metrics and Reporting. Good business English skills (Written and spoken). Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, embedding formulas, dashboard building). Experience in working on regular and ad hoc reports based on large datasets, knowledge of relational data bases (SAP, SQL, Access etc.), knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx) and experience with SharePoint administration would be advantages.
