Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinates recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with potential candidates.Delivers candidate feedback and communicates hiring decisions to HR recruitment partners.Administers offer approvals, initiate onboarding processes, and tracks candidate progression to ensure a seamless experience.Administers the lifecycle of company-issued assets, including fleet vehicles, iPads, mobile phones/allowances, SIM cards, business cards, and branded apparel.Coordinates onboarding logistics, including training schedules, system access set up including Ledcor systems, Salesforce, Telus access, security licenses, asset delivery (ipad, apparel), manage hours for payroll.Monitors initial hours and entries for payroll purposes, escalating anomalies as needed to ensure accuracy and timely processing.Coordinates accommodations for team members by managing both short- and long-term housing needs.Administer travel requests including booking of flights, rental cars, and temporary accommodations.Supports the sales team by managing escalations, acting as a liaison with the client, and coordinating operational communications.Qualifications:
Min of 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience2+ years of accommodation coordinator experience or similar (booking hotels, flights, etc)Warehouse experience/ inventory management experience is considered an assetSales Recruitment experience, sourcing and hiring sales professionals are preferredStrong analytical backgroundExperience running reports and analyzing dataStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong time management skillsWork Conditions:
