Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and/or similar sciences,Fluent in English,Advanced command of MS Excel,Excellent communication and organizational skills,Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team,Ability of analytical thinking, problem solving skills,Having a great potential during intensive working,Focusing on several projects at the same time,Having completed military service,Residing at Kemerburgaz and Europa side.Job Description:Conducting projects in order to improve and develop all process in an operation,Following and performing the development of process improvement and operational management systems,Creating and updating (if necessary) project plans for ongoing projects,Following and controlling project activities and its performance,Performing time and method study by observing operation’s business process.
