IT OPS/IT Risk in financial markets transaction reporting
ING is looking for an IT OPS / IT Risk engineer with 3+ years relevant experience. You will work in the regulatory reporting domain of financial markets and will be part of an Agile team. You are a team player and always look for ways on how to improve.
ING needs to comply with different regulations worldwide. One of those regulations is Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). In transaction reporting we are responsible for collecting, enriching and sending ING’s trade details to external Global Trade Repositories to comply to MiFID. All trade details need to be sent complete, accurate and in time. Other transaction reporting regulations like EMIR, SFTR will be added later.
As an IT OPS / IT Risk engineer you will be working on a new application stack partially in-house developed and partially SaaS solution to support the transaction reporting need. We expect you to manage and execute the IT Risk related activities and support the Platform with activities like patching, life cycle management, automation.
What you will do
Manage and execute IT Risk and IT Compliancy activities like User Access Management, Platform Security, Vulnerability Management, Change Management, Operational Resilience.Manage and execute IT Risk and IT compliancy activities in relation with the vendor (SaaS) part.Hands-on Platform support and Application Support.Improve monitoring, automation.Join standby shift and occasionally perform planned change activities outside office hours.How to succeed
As you will be working in an Agile international environment, we expect you to have experience with Agile and/or DevOps. Also, it’s mandatory to have good oral and written skills in English. We expect that:
You have at least 3 years’ experience in Application/Platform support where IT Risk related activities were part of your job.You have experience in supporting applications on top of one or more technologies like Linux, Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes or Windows server.You are accurate in documenting and performing activities in a highly regulated environment.You have an analytical mindset that will help you understand the application, platform and processes.You want to improve the quality of processes, execution of processes.It would be nice if:
You have experience working with CI/CD related tooling, like GIT, Azure DevOps.You have experience working with setting up and improving monitoring of application and platform.You have experience in supporting both in-house and vendor based applications.
