**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented **Operations Excellence Coordinator - Warehouse** to join our team specializing in Warehouse Operations for our Distribution Segment in Singapore PDC. **This role will be Onsite.** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Work with multiple functional stakeholders on different projects – 6S or A3 following lean methodologies. + Coordinate with stakeholders to get required information and data to solve problems . + Communicate effectively project objectives, deliverables and timelines to relevant stakeholders. + Collaborate with different teams to deliver Operations Excellence. + Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations. + Work on developing automated tools such as PowerBI & Dashboards to reduce manual work and improve information flow. + Promote interdependence by following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and engage in HSE training. + Communicate effectively with team members and support teams, completing necessary training and contributing to process improvements. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships with others to meet shared objectives. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, multi-mode communications. + Ability to make timely decisions and ensure accountability for meeting commitments. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Preferred Qualification:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. + Some relevant work experience or intermediate-level knowledge gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in warehouse operations. + Support operational excellence by collaborating on 6S, A3, and JDI projects. + Follow lean methodologies and support Quantum implementation. + Assist with IT-related matters, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). + No cross-border support will be provided. **Job** Logistics **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** On-site **Job Type** Shop **ReqID** 2404019 **Relocation Package** No
