Essential Function
Key member of the Store Operations team; lead the development of communication, instructional job aides, and tools to ensure stores are setup to successfully execute store operations initiatives. Build strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional partners. Work closely with Store Support Center teams to ensure the field receives engaging, accurate and timely information needed to successfully achieve sales and customer experience objectives. Serve as the voice of the customer and associate to guide teams to deliver consistent, effective and strategically aligned programs that are easy to understand and execute and have a direct and obvious link to the Cosmo Prof vision and customer experience.

Primary Duties
Develop store/field communications that are relevant, compelling, customer focused, high quality, and easy to understand and act upon. Proactively manage and monitor content for accuracy, totality, simple messaging, and adherence to brand and style standards. Lead cross-functional teams to build expertise across the “front of house” business focus areas: Store Operational Procedures, RCC communication, HR and Learning & Development, and Vendor partnerships with store contests. Develop high level of understanding of each business partner’s processes in order to identify and facilitate connections between teams to improve coordination of activities that impact store execution. Champion the value of effective store execution and serve as the “voice of the stores” Keep abreast of store processes and procedures; establish thorough understanding of challenges and opportunities across the store operation Develop policy and procedures in partnership with subject matter experts; ensure all content is timely, accurate and aligns with the needs of the store/field teams. Apply project management principles to deliver projects within the established budget and timeline. Facilitate project meetings; follow up with team members to ensure the efficient implementation, including delegating duties to all needed parties and keeping team members informed of the project needs, deadline changes, and functionality. Monitor store and field feedback; research and answer questions; identify issues that are global in nature and follow up to understand root cause; partner cross-functionally as needed for resolution Lead ad hoc Operations projects. Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Remain current on technical and professional developments affecting areas of responsibility. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in retail environment with strong understanding of retail processes and procedures Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsers Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills are essential Project management experience Experience with task management and online communication technology preferred Flexible schedule - some evenings and weekends may be required; ability to travel as needed (limited travel)Competencies / Attributes

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The work may require specific, but common, physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity.
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
