To send all connection vehicle report and prealert to HubTo send daily c/bags reportTo send unconnected reportTo send hold shipment report which is on hold for data URLTo send before and after cut-off shipment report to hubTo follow up and timely reporting on exceptional cases and reduce the sameTo send proper and correct report to investigation dept. in cases of damages and lostshipmentTo send information to shipper and concern customer service in case of damage and lostshipmentTo check all the possibilities to finding the shipment at originTo send bagging details to hub to finding the c/bag if missingTo check all ground as well as entire office on exception casesTo take daily briefing with all staff before start of operations.Timely connection andTo follow up with staffs and shipper for maintain the p/u cut off timeTo Release the vehicle on time to hub for next transit connection as per TATTimely connection and maintenance of data on Transit timesTimely monitoring and reporting of service quality levels for key customers
