OPERATIONS/FOOD SAFETY MANAGER
Position Summary:

Execute the division strategy, action plans, and establishing goals for food safety in alignment with the Customer 1st Business Plan. Coach and train coordinators in food safety. Implement food safety training and participate in consumer education. Provide food safety support for a specific district and assist in other districts. Track department sanitation auditing (FSR), food temperature monitoring, and recall management procedures. Serve as a liaison to the regulatory community and local health departments in maintaining and improving overall department sanitation practices. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
