About this RoleThe Operations Graduate Program (OGP) at Volvo Group Trucks Operations (GTO) is a 15-month program program where you are offered the perfect mix of on-the-job learning and diverse training modules. You will get the chance to use your knowledge and creative skills while gaining valuable experience working with real products on real business topics.
The Volvo Group North America Operations Graduate Program (OGP) does not offer current or future sponsorship. Individuals with temporary visas or who require sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for the program.

Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
Critical Languages: (Spoken and written)

Former experience and professional skills:
Knowledge of (logistics) processes and process development Experience in lean management techniques Working knowledge of conceptual modeling tools (Autocad, FormIT, …) Strong organizational skills

In your local site, you have direct peer colleagues working in the global context, as well a group of colleagues (Logistics Engineers, Business Analysts, Data analysts) working for the local organization.
By this, we can offer a good mix between global long-term vision work, mid-term developing and planning but also secure the connection with local activities on a day-to-day basis.
Common information about the Operations Graduate Program: Over 15 exciting months, this program will give you a comprehensive view of the Volvo Group’s global truck manufacturing organization. You’ll explore our brands, plants, logistics, and key business areas like manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll also engage with emerging technologies and develop future-ready skills.
From day one, you’ll hold a permanent position, supported by a manager and mentor, with opportunities for “on-the-job” rotations and real project experience. Through team development sessions and learning modules, you'll connect with other participants and grow into your future career at Volvo.
