Job Duties and Responsibilities

Spearheads and facilitates quality and continuous improvement across processes and initiates a culture of operational excellence across the organization Creates comprehensive execution plans and cost estimates that meet clients’ KPIs Oversees all operational aspects of a project Closely coordinates with Account Managers/Business Unit Director regarding any administrative and logistical support that the project requires Ensures executional excellence and cost efficiency Conducts periodic evaluation/feedback of activities with the team Plans training and motivational programs needed to enhance quality of staff Ensures all operational documents, forms and materials are complete and correct Checks accuracy of receipts, disbursements and liquidations Monitors all financial movements of department Prepares statements on financial condition of each project assigned to the department
