DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is looking for an Operations Implementation & Transition Manager to serve as the Operational Work Stream Lead for new business tenders. This role involves ensuring that proposals and budgets are accurately scoped by the Business Development and Project Teams, leading the effective UAT phase for new business and change requests, and ensuring a seamless transition until after Hypercare.

This role, based in the Life Sciences Division, requires travel between our two sites at Quantum Business Park and Horizon Business Park.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nSupport the solution design phase of projects to ensure solutions are fit for purpose;\nWork with the Operations, IT and Quality teams to deliver successful project implementations;\nEnsure compliance with statutory and company policies on Health & Safety, GxP compliance, and regulatory requirements;\nAccountable for the operational delivery of a successful implementation (UAT through Hypercare);\nEnsure that resources are appropriate for business needs, including identification of training needs for new and existing super users\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nMinimum 4 years of warehouse operations experience including the use of warehouse management systems ideally (Blue Yonder);\nExcellent computer literacy, knowledge of WMS and operational processes;\nStrong Communication Skills (both verbal & written);\nExcellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with compliance regulations and quality management systems are desirable\n\n
