I. Job Summary
Manages and coordinates implementation, execution and performance management of productivity and profitability analysis, labor management, standard operating processes, contract proforma and other best practices, in Market Areas generating revenues $400 million or greater. Collaborates with various functional and LOB Managers to evaluate and coordinate continuous improvement objectives.

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant work experience, including three (3) years as an Industrial Engineer or Project Manager in a manufacturing environment and/or three (3) years in Operations or District management or related industry (in addition to education requirement).B.
