Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations & Infrastructure Product Manager to join our growing MTC team!

In this role you will get to drive technical excellence in Operations & Infrastructure Product Manager, program execution and business growth.  We are looking for someone to lead and work with program management, the technical team, and customer to deliver a high-quality system. The successful Operations & Infrastructure Product Manager will need a sense of ownership of the full project.

What You'll Be Doing:

Product Management: Lead technical aspects of product lifecycles, solutioning, and designing of capabilities. Ability to gather and analyze requirements from industry and end customers to develop technical roadmap and product strategy that results in marketing leading products.Program Execution:  Lead diverse, multi-disciplinary team to achieve program objectives on time and budget.  Be the key interface to our customers and the executive team to provide reports and status on projects.  Ensure program milestones are achieved and program risk is managed.Customer Facing Support: Represent the business and our products to key customer relationships.  Provide technical support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and work with our technical teams to communicate issues and resolutions with customers. Manage a multi-disciplinary, geographically diverse engineering team to include projects with multiple subcontractorsLead the team and ensure the production and delivery of a wide array of contract deliverablesManage cost, schedule, and performance for a diverse set of tasks being performed by staff from multiple technical and non-technical disciplinesCommunicate project status to customers and the program team

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Active Secret clearance, with the willingness and ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCIB.S. degree in engineering, engineering management, computer science, or related field from an accredited college/university.  Can substitute directly relevant technical and operational experience for degree requirements.12+ years of relevant experience with at least 5+ years as a Technical Program or Product ManagerAbility to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities, customers, and teamsDemonstrated leadership and successful execution of multi-disciplinary technical teams and projects

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Masters degree in a related fieldActive TS/SCIExperience in OPIR as a technical or programmatic leaderAgile CertificationPMP CertificationCAM and/or EVMS experienceFamiliarly with Atlassian tool suite (Jira & Confluence)

Salary Range: 

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
