The Operations Innovation, Manager supports creating, testing, and rolling out net new operations innovation to address identified business challenges. This includes but not limited to piloting and implementation of technology efforts, developing new operating models, and leading testing of brand requested innovation. Partner with and influence cross-functional teams to manage innovation projects across all Brands, ICR, and Inspire Support Center departments.
