About the Position: Serves as the TACOM Operations Integration Officer and Group Leader of the TACOM Current Operations Integration Cell (COIC). Responsibilities Serves as the TACOM Operations Integration Officer and Group Leader of the TACOM Current Operations Integration Cell (COIC). Supervises two teams totaling 8 permanent staff members and up to 25 personnel when augmented Responsible for personnel, resource management, and business operations, directing, integrating, and managing command wide, high visibility missions related to AMC/TACOM current operations Coordinates directly with the AMC counterpart and Chief of Operations, TACOM’s Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), and TACOM’s materiel enterprise partners and leadership. Represents the command in AMC level planning and synchronization meetings. Directs detailed preparation and publication of concept plans, OPLANS, and OPORDS. Develops operations center and command-wide techniques and standing operating procedures Manages the Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIR), Serious Incident Reports (SIR), and other reporting requirements.
