The Operations Intern assists with the daily operations of MedGrocer. They coordinate with different teams to ensure the best patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Establishing a thorough understanding of operational processes and systems relating to customer service or supply chain Assist in identifying and implementing process and system improvements Support day-to-day operations relating to customer service or supply chain Aid in managing, training, and providing learning and growth opportunities to the team Help coordinate with customers and partners Aid in addressing, investigating, and resolving major operational concerns Help monitor databases and monitor key performance indicators
