In this challenging role, you will focus on duties directed from the corporate quality group. You will be collecting and analyzing data to be used for product improvement projects, preparing charts and reports, writing procedures and investigating product failure modes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Helps with training needs in support of new procedures and standardsSupport the development of new programs that support the Generac Manufacturing System (GMS)Organizes documents, standards, policies and procedures within our document control systemPrepares charts and reports in support of the Quality team that are used to drive performance gainsPrepares presentations in support of the deployment of standard Generac tools, methodologies, standards, practices and processesParticipate in and support the execution of events that are led by the Quality team to improve business processesLead a project related to the department policy deploymentOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degreeMicrosoft Office experience (including Excel).Proficient oral and written communication and able to write clearly and succinctly to get a message across.The ability to work 15-20 hours during the school year and full-time during school breaks
