As an Insurance Operations intern, you will acquire insights into the corporate aspects of Insurance Operations. This program is designed to offer you a comprehensive understanding of the management and supervision of various national programs and initiatives that are integral to Insurance Operations. 

National Internship Program:

Our program was created in 2020 to encourage and support the growth of our next generation of talent. Since then, we have provided a place for over 180 interns nationwide to find meaningful professional development experiences within the insurance industry each year. During our 10-week program, interns present new ideas and help contribute to building our culture. Join us this summer and grow with the support of a dedicated mentor, be exposed to leadership, departments, and other interns, and create lasting connections. The internship runs from June 2nd - August 8th. 

What You'll Do Participate in the Insurance Operations Compliance Review process.Participate in the Insurance Operations Due Diligence process.Participate in the New Acquisition Onboarding process.Participate in the Revenue Recognition Newsletter process.Participate in reviewing Revenue Recognition reports for the purpose of identifying data integrity issues.Participate with updating the Revenue Recognition Field Manual & Process Manual as needed.Observe and assist with updating the various IO SharePoint sites as needed.
